Job description

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

This is a Bristol based role. The post-holder will be required to travel across the West of England area with regular attendance at Weston College's South West Skills Campus.

Day to day duties

  • Work with Recruitment, Community Learning and Employability delivery teams to source, engage and check eligibility of learners.
  • Conduct initial needs assessment to ensure support is tailored to each learner.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, one-to-one support and review sessions to all learners on caseload.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience of managing own caseload.

  • Able to work without close supervision, prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.

  • Experience of Co-operating with other agencies and partners.
