Eden Brown are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Progress Coach for a Further Education College in West Yorkshire to join their supportive team and help learners thrive during their time at College.
There are 2 roles available:
Role 1 - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Role 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Both to start asap.
As a Progress Coach, you will play a key role in supporting students' personal development and progression, working both one-to-one and in group settings. You will deliver a comprehensive personal development programme designed to prepare students for life beyond college—whether that's employment, further study, or apprenticeships.
Ideal but not essential:
Candidates must also have a current DBS. If you do not have one, Eden Brown can arrange one on your behalf.
