Several exciting opportunities are now available at Cardiff and Vale College for Progress Coaches to begin at the start of the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Our Progress Coaches are responsible for supporting learners in a pastoral role, supporting target setting, motivation and attitude to learning; supporting the personal learner journey.
Additionally, you will:
Specifically, we are looking for Progress Coaches who can demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for supporting learners within the following departments: Hair Beauty & Hospitality, Aerospace, Construction, Engineering and Automotive. In your supporting statement you should outline how you can support learners in one or more of these areas.
You will embrace our CAVC values and be Inspirational, Inclusive, and Influential towards our learners, colleagues and partners.
Whilst the ability to speak Welsh is not essential for the role, we would love to hear from candidates who are fluent and can engage with learners through the medium of Welsh.
