About the role

Do you have the drive to motivate, coach and guide learners towards success in their studies, personal development and future careers?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Progress Coach to join our Animal Studies Team at Myerscough College. You’ll play a key role in helping students develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to excel in education, sport, and life beyond college.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with students to provide tailored one-to-one and group coaching, helping them overcome challenges and reach their goals.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role — you’ll work with curriculum staff, support teams and parents/carers to ensure every student has the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed. Whether you’re helping a student set goals, manage their workload, or balance their sporting and academic commitments, your impact will be lasting and meaningful.

Should a successful candidate be found prior to the closing date we have the right to remove this advert.

What We Offer:

We take care of our team just as we do our students. As an employee, you can enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Regular Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.

  • An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to provide wellbeing support in moments of need.

  • Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
