An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Progress Coach to support students' academic journeys both in-person and online. This role involves delivering personalized tutoring, creating engaging learning materials, and fostering a supportive environment for student development. You'll play a crucial role in tracking student performance and ensuring their well-being while collaborating with various teams to enhance educational outcomes. Contract type: Part Time (18.75 hours per week) – Fixed Term (31/08/2027)
Location: Surrey, Surrey International Study Centre
Salary: £13,000 per annum
The Progress Coach’s role is to support students’ progression needs both face-to-face and online.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of tutorial sessions, 1-1 support and guidance with their academic studies, establishing a programme of activities to help students develop skills and confidence outside the classrooms in preparation for their transition to HE. This will require excellent people skills and a good level of administrative ability.
