Job summary

Reigate School is seeking a passionate Progress and Achievement Coach to support an individual child or small groups within the classroom. The role is a minimum of 3 days per week, term time only over 39 weeks per year, with both full and part-time hours considered.

You will help plan and deliver interventions, work within a team, and uphold high attainment and behaviour standards, using ICT to support learning and inclusion for all students.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Effective communicator with adults and young people.
• Ability to plan and deliver interventions.
• Commitment to high standards of attainment and behaviour.
• Confident in using ICT to support learning.
• Able to work as part of a committed team.
• Committed to inclusion and equality of opportunity.

Responsibilities
