A leading organization focused on men's health is seeking a Programs Manager for their London team. This role involves managing health promotion initiatives for young men, collaborating with multiple departments, and ensuring impactful communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative marketing, particularly in health, and a strong ability to engage with diverse audiences. Join us to make a significant impact on men's health and well-being.
The Programs Manager, Men’s Health Promotion (Young Men) (this role) is responsible for managing Movember’s men’s health promotion programme across markets, with a focus on young men as the target audience.
Young men can experience distress and marginalisation because of stresses they experience during adolescence, leading to increased risk of poor mental health. This initiative will harness the power of media, partners, and talent online to reach men where they are and engage them with health content that improves their ability to navigate life challenges and live longer, healthier lives.
This role will be responsible for the development, design, and delivery of our global young men’s health promotion programme. It will work closely with and coordinate various internal Movember functions worldwide, including Research, Marketing and Communications, Partnerships, Advocacy, and Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL). The Manager will report to the Director of the Global Men’s Health Promotion Initiative and will line-manage the project coordinator based in the UK.
Over time, the role will also contribute to building Movember’s approach to health promotion, ensuring consistency across markets and portfolios. It will also ensure that lived experience remains central to all young men’s health promotion activities.
This role is part of the Men’s Health (Community & Online) portfolio within the Movember Institute.
By working at Movember, you’ll help raise millions for men’s health—funding cancer research, creating lifesaving medicines, and advocating for systemic change with policymakers worldwide.
We foster a fun, energetic environment with surprises, celebrations, and a collaborative spirit. We support flexible, hybrid remote working and offer various employee benefits including parental leave, health support, and professional development opportunities.
If you want to DO GOOD, we’d love to hear from you.
