The Strategic Growth Programs team reports into the Office of the President / COO and is responsible for large, corporate-wide, strategic initiatives that drive transformation throughout the organization. The team engages with senior and executive leadership, including C-Level and Board members.

As part of this team, the Program Analyst will execute project, operational, and research activities. Programs may include product launches, technology projects, M&A integrations, and other Go-to-Market initiatives driven by the company.

We are seeking a highly motivated team member to help manage complex, visible, cross-organizational projects. The ideal candidate will support project management, facilitate communication, and help improve processes within the Strategic Growth Programs team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Planning and Execution:
  2. Develop and maintain program milestones and budgets, including detailed project schedules.
  3. Create and revise work plans to meet evolving needs.
  4. Facilitate change control processes, document change requests, and coordinate approvals.
  5. Support programs with research, cost-benefit analyses, and metric development.
  6. Gather information, analyze data, and prepare reports.

Communication and Relationship Management

  1. Assist in preparing meetings, briefings, and conference materials.
  2. Help build and manage dashboards for executive visibility.
  3. Document issues and escalate roadblocks.
  4. Report on program status, risks, and quality metrics.

Project Management and Oversight

  1. Coordinate with teams to define tasks and ensure timely completion.

Quality Assurance

  1. Create high-quality program materials following standards.

Integration and Consistency

  1. Maintain consistent, high-quality documentation and communication.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 2+ years supporting projects or programs.
  • Experience in a software company is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn technical and business topics quickly.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, MS Teams, and other productivity tools.
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-tech industries.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting.
  • Knowledge of managing small projects using methodologies.
  • Experience with R&D, IT systems, or Go-to-Market programs.
  • Data analysis skills using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with Asana, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
