  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Excellent understanding of project governance, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary project owner and customer focal point for assigned programmes.
  • Lead an Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) to deliver project outcomes.
  • Manage all aspects of project reporting, governance, and cadence activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance across all PMO processes.
  • Support and coach junior project staff, promoting collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
