About the Role
As a Programme Facilitator, you will deliver accredited, structured interventions to groups of prisoners who are motivated to address the behaviours and beliefs linked to their offending.
You’ll work directly with residents to support their rehabilitation, reduce the risk of reoffending, and help them develop pro-social thinking, goals, and behaviours — all in line with national guidance and psychological standards.
This is a dynamic, people-facing role where your ability to communicate, motivate and engage is just as important as any previous experience you bring.
