Anglian Water Group in Huntingdon is looking for a Regulatory Programmes and Assurance Analyst to join the Regulation team. The role involves supporting major submissions to Ofwat, governance, and evidence-based responses with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will provide analytical and coordination support for regulatory programmes and manage data, tables and reports to inform decisions and outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical, programme support, or coordination roles.
• Strong Excel skills with data validation and complex workbooks.
• Experience supporting projects or programmes with trackers and documentation.
• Ability to translate information into structured outputs (reports, trackers).
• Experience handling data, documents and reporting processes in a structured environment.

Regulatory Programmes and Assurance Analyst

Circa £47,000 dependent on skills and experience

We are looking for a Regulatory Programmes and Assurance Analyst to join our Regulation team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the company's relationship with regulators, supporting major submissions to Ofwat and helping to shape evidence-based responses to regulatory challenges and opportunities. You will be helping to ensure that Anglian Water delivers high-quality evidence, robust assurance and excellent outcomes for customers, the environment and stakeholders.

The purpose of this role is to support the Regulatory Programmes and Assurance Manager in the delivery of regulatory programmes and assurance activities across the business.

You will provide analytical, coordination and administrative support to the management of complex regulatory programmes, including the Ofwat Price Review, regulatory investigations, responses to Undertakings and wider market reform initiatives.

A key aspect of the role is supporting the implementation of regulatory governance and quality assurance processes, helping to ensure regulatory submissions are accurate, evidence-based and compliant with regulatory reporting requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders, regulatory strategy and major regulatory submissions, while developing expertise in programme management, assurance and economic regulation within one of the UK's most highly regulated industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of programme plans, governance meetings and reporting activities
