At Cavendish Nuclear, we’re working to create a safe and secure world. Join us at our Warrington OR Bristol site as a Programme Workforce Support Manager.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including contingency planning and leadership development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce plans and adjust as needed.
  • Work alongside HR to ensure the well-being of your team, fostering a supportive, inclusive, and healthy working environment.
  • Support programme changes by ensuring a smooth transition of workforce resources.
  • Contribute to the development and management of workforce-related budgets.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on workforce planning activities for various stakeholders.
  • Ensure workforce planning activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week with hybrid working arrangements (2/3 days in the office).

Essential experience:

  • Previous experience in a HR or People-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in workforce planning tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of talent management strategies and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
