Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to operate at programme level, coordinating testing across delivery teams to ensure readiness for live operation and regulatory compliance. This highly visible role carries full ownership of test strategy, governance, execution, and delivery assurance across large-scale programmes and releases.

The role is hybrid, based in Warwickshire, for a 3-month contract with a market outside IR35 day rate. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Programme-level test management and QA within regulatory transforms.
• Expertise in test strategy and planning in complex delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern applications, testing lifecycles, and Atlassian tools.
