Job summary

Expleo is seeking highly organized and motivated Test Managers to join our team in Belfast. You will direct and manage the full software testing lifecycle for complex transformation programmes within the Insurance domain, directing teams and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

You will own testing governance, define standards for test scripts and environments, and provide consultancy on test techniques while coordinating resourcing and planning across large engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
• ISTQB

Responsibilities

• Own resourcing and planning for all IT testing activities
• Provide consultancy on test techniques and phases
• Fully responsible for all testing activities
• Develop Testing Governance framework
• Build and implement testing templates and processes
• Define standards for test scripts and testing assets
• Specifies test environments reflecting business requirements
• Allocate and coordinate test schedules and resources
• Diagnose problems and propose solutions
• Advise on risk assessment and risk management for projects
• Input into proof of concept exercises and pre-sales opportunities
