Job Description:

We are seeking a Programme Support Officer in Southampton. The role offers a rate of £14.46 per hour PAYE and is temporary.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality maintenance and commercial services by planning and deploying resources, communicating effectively with customers and staff, and ensuring that property repairs, maintenance, void property redecoration, and associated works are initiated, processed, and completed promptly. The role requires a customer-focused approach in a contact centre environment.
