Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Programme Support Officer.

Job Summary

The post holder will provide administrative and operational support to the Imaging Network, assisting in project documentation, coordination of recovery activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of the network operations.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Network team, managing own projects with the support of the Programme and Project Manager(s), identifying and reconciling key stakeholder interests, and assessing and prioritizing risks associated with projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Imaging Network.
  • Assist in project documentation, including closure reports, corrective action plans, and recovery progress updates.
  • Manage own projects, identifying and reconciling key stakeholder interests and assessing and prioritizing risks.
  • Run day-to-day tasks of assigned projects to provide successful outcomes.
  • Champion service improvement and transformation, motivating colleagues to work together to deliver success.
