Job summary

QinetiQ Limited in Malvern is seeking Project Managers at senior or programme level to lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects across cyber and secure government environments. You will work with customers, partners and technical specialists to drive innovative solutions and ensure delivery to baselines.

Roles are permanent full-time with on-site work at Malvern or customer premises within a 30 mile radius.

Qualifications

• APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management qualification, or the willingness to work towards one

Responsibilities

• Leading the successful delivery of projects and programmes within agreed scope, schedule and budget
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, partners and suppliers
• Managing project performance, risks, opportunities and dependencies to achieve successful outcomes
• Maintaining financial forecasts and resource demand plans to support effective project delivery
• Applying project governance and lifecycle management processes, including project reviews and assurance activities
• Supporting business growth through customer engagement, follow-on opportunities and bid activities
• Providing clear and effective reporting on project progress, risks and performance to key stakeholders
• Experience delivering projects within a complex customer environment
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships
• Experience managing project risks, schedules, finances and resources
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
• Experience working with internal teams and external partners to achieve project outcomes
• Previous experience working within National Security
