Programme Manager - Sustainability & Regulatory Change

The role:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-impact programmes focused on sustainability and regulatory change.
  • Collaborate with market-leading sustainability experts and the firm's Sustainability Committee to drive meaningful transformation.
  • Develop business cases, manage scope, budgets, timelines, and ensure programmes deliver against strategic objectives.
  • Establish and oversee programme governance, balancing agility with control for effective decision-making.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across a complex change portfolio.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change enablement strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership through reports and presentations.
  • Champion best practices in programme management aligned with the firm's goals.
