Job summary

CHEP, a global leader in sustainable supply chain solutions, is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to coordinate the Serialisation+ transformation. You will drive end-to-end delivery across asset serialisation, IoT tracking, and data analytics, coordinating global teams across time zones.

You will establish governance, KPIs, budgets, and change management plans, and ensure benefits realisation post-delivery.

And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model .Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities May Include:Define and execute the Program's vision, objectives, and scope, including the establishment of formal milestones, delivery plans, and value drivers.Develop and manage a comprehensive Program plan, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and progress tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Facilitate effective governance structures, including managing the Steering Committee and Executive Sponsorship Group, and documenting decisions, actions, and Program milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify interdependencies, mitigate risks, and manage change, ensuring alignment across related Programs and projects.Oversee and support Project Managers by providing leadership, resources, and guidance to ensure projects align with the overall Program objectives.Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy, encompassing employee communications, training, and establishing a change agent network.Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance objectives for the Program, and manage the tracking and reporting of benefits realization post-delivery.Engage with external vendors and internal partners to coordinate third-party management and ensure compliance, risk control, and successful project rolloutSerialisation+ is a global strategic transformation programme focused on delivering end-to-end asset visibility, traceability, and digital intelligence across Brambles' asset network. The programme combines serialisation, asset digitalisation, IoT-enabled tracking, data and analytics, operational process transformation, and customer-facing capabilities to improve asset productivity, supply chain efficiency, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and customer value.You'll bring experience delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes, ideally within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, network, IoT, or digital operations environments. Experience leading global programmes involving connected assets, enterprise platforms, operational technology, data and analytics, and large-scale organisational change is highly desirable.Role Specific Accountabilities:The role is accountable for coordinating multiple programme workstreams including asset serialisation, asset digitalisation, IoT Network Transformation and connected technologies, platform and application delivery, enterprise integrations, data and analytics, operational process transformation, customer enablement, change management, deployment readiness, governance, and benefits realisationPlan and lead execution of the programme and strategy. Responsible for the definition and delivery of formal programme milestones and the overall delivery plan.Support the programme team to be able to determine value drivers, outline the vision statement and the business case.Agree governance bodies to manage risks and make decisions. Responsible for defining a Sponsorship Group and preparation for and delivery of the monthly Steering Committee meetings. Responsible for the sharing of pre-read materials, and for sharing actions and decisions afterwards, which are also to be stored in a centralised location. Responsible for the management of closure of Steerco actions.Define and communicate the program's vision, objectives, and scope to all stakeholders.Responsible for ingesting new initiative demand, reviewing with the appropriate platform teams and responding with TS effort to deliver to support decision making processes.Provide guidance, leadership, and structure to project managers across the group ensuring relevant resources are allocated across different projects to deliver the overall program plan. Manage the capacity of programme resources to ensure projects can be delivered on time or mitigate where there are risks to the delivery of the plan where there are resource constraints.Engage and work with partners, vendors, employees, and agencies to ensure success of projects.Liaise with other teams to identify and exploit opportunities with other programs across the organization.Identify and manage the benefits that individual projects will have on the whole programme and define the benefits owners.Support architectural assessment.Agree delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, combination of both, etc).Responsible for the management of the execution of the change management strategy, including the definition and roll-out of training courses, the execution of the regular employee communications cadence and set-up and management of the change agent network.Manage multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, benefit/cost analysis, vendor selection, schedule and budget oversight, management of consultants/contractors, issue resolution, and reporting.Coordinate with internal and external legal, contracting, procurement, finance, group marketing and communications teams to ensure risk control, successful project rollout and streamline communications.Manage and report program budget and support the management of the full budget.Define KPIs and SLAs for programme delivery. Establish performance objectives for project managers and key resources. Support Programme Sponsor on definition of ways to measure the benefits after the delivery of the overall Programme.Manage cross programme risks, impacts, dependencies e.g. with other business projects/initiatives.Responsible for managing Programme progress, updates to Programme plan & stakeholders’ engagement. Issue regular communications to the whole programme team (i.e. from the Sponsor down to the most junior person on the programme) summarizing progress and clarifying priorities of the programme.Manage and document Transition and Benefit Realisation plans.Support Programme Sponsor with the overall planning, preparation for change and transition of the solution to Operations.
