Job summary

Blue Light Card Ltd is expanding its Retail Media efforts with an eight-month fixed-term Programme Manager role. You will own the programme plan for ads platform, data and reporting workstreams, aligning data, engineering, product and commercial teams to move forward together.

You don't need to be a technical specialist, but you should translate strategy into structured plans and manage dependencies, risks and execution across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team programmes with clear sequencing and dependencies.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured plans for product, data and engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end programme plan across ads platform and data/reporting workstreams.
• Manage sequencing and dependencies across data, engineering, product and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and squad leads to keep delivery moving.
• Identify risks and blockers early and resolve them to prevent late issues.
• Create a single source of truth for programme status with regular planning, tracking and reporting.
• Support launch readiness and help partners understand delivery timings for onboarding to the platform.
