Blue Light Card is entering an ambitious growth phase, and the Retail Media team is delivering a new ad platform alongside data and reporting foundations. This eight-month fixed-term Programme Manager role will own the programme plan, manage dependencies, and align data, engineering, product and commercial colleagues to move forward together.

You don't need to be a technical specialist, but you will understand how engineering and product teams work best together, bring best practices, and help

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team programmes in an Agile setting.
• Ability to turn ambiguous strategy into clear, structured plans.
• Experience coordinating delivery across blended internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end programme plan across ads platform build and data/reporting workstream.
• Manage sequencing and dependencies across data, engineering, product and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and squad leads to keep delivery moving.
• Identify risks and blockers early and resolve them to avoid late-stage issues.
• Provide a single source of truth for programme status with regular planning and reporting.
• Support launch readiness and help partners understand delivery timings.
