Job summary

Milton Keynes College is looking for an experienced lecturer to join our Curriculum and Teaching team in Milton Keynes. You will bring a degree or equivalent qualification and a QTLS or teaching qualification, with proven leadership in managing staff within a curriculum area.

You will also contribute to the identification, development and sharing of teaching resources, and apply knowledge of FE initiatives relevant to our vocational area to drive student success.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Teaching qualification (QTLS as appropriate).
• Teaching/training experience in a relevant discipline/subject area and up-to-date knowledge.
• Proven experience of line managing staff within a curriculum area.
• Experience of identifying, developing and sharing resources focused on teaching and learning.
• Knowledge of current relevant initiatives within FE, and the vocational area of responsibility.
