Job summary

Morgan Philips Group seeks an IT Programme Manager to lead a Microsoft 365 tenant migration and business integration for a major acquisition. This hybrid role requires attendance in Stevenage and London, with a daily rate up to £1100 inside IR35 and a start in the second week of November.

You will oversee discovery, migration, integration, deployment and handover, drive governance, RAID, budgets, and reporting, and coordinate with CTO, executives and suppliers on multi‑million pound programmes.

IT Programme Manager - M365 Tenant Migration & complex Business Integration

(Large and very complex Microsoft 365 tenant migration experience is an essential requirement for this role)

Contract | Hybrid – Stevenage and London site attendance necessary.

Up to £1100 per day – INSIDE IR35 - some home working too.

You will have successfully led enterprise-scale tenant migrations involving users, devices, applications, data, identity, security, and infrastructure, ideally within a fast-paced acquisition or business integration environment.

We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead a major acquisition-related Microsoft 365 tenant migration and business integration programme. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering a complex portfolio of work covering discovery, migration, integration, deployment, and operational transition.

Working closely with the CTO, Programme Director, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, you will drive programme governance, manage multiple workstreams, oversee third‑party suppliers, and ensure successful delivery to time, budget, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-million-pound budget responsibility.
• Strong governance, PMO, and RAID management expertise.
• Experience managing third‑party suppliers and systems integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management with exposure to C-suite executives.
