Morgan Philips Group seeks an IT Programme Manager to lead a Microsoft 365 tenant migration and business integration for a major acquisition. This hybrid role requires attendance in Stevenage and London, with a daily rate up to £1100 inside IR35 and a start in the second week of November.

You will oversee discovery, migration, integration, deployment and handover, drive governance, RAID, budgets, and reporting, and coordinate with CTO, executives and suppliers on multi‑million pound programmes.

• Experience leading enterprise-scale tenant migrations.
• Proven delivery in acquisition/merger/integration projects.
• Strong governance and RAID management capability.

• Lead a large-scale Microsoft 365 tenant migration programme.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams within an acquisition/integration environment.
• Own programme planning, governance, RAID management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate business, technology, security, and supplier teams.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee migration readiness, cutover planning, deployment, and operational handover.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, resources, and financial performance.
