We are looking for a programme manager for this exciting new role to roll out our Healthcare Leaders Fellowship programme across North West and North Central London. This important programme is an important part of our Equity Diversity and Inclusion strategy to support career progression amongst our BME leadership population.

You will play a lead role in delivering this programme across Trusts across London, working with a really wide range of stakeholders and ensuring the programme meets delivery targets and supporting delegates to achieve their career goals.

We're looking for someone who cares deeply about developing people at work and our ambitions around diversity and inclusion, and can work autonomously to drive successful outcomes.

Main duties of the job

Design and Implement Healthcare Leaders fellowship programme for delivery across Trusts in North West London and North Central London based on the design developed at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

Programme design, delivery and evaluation.

Management of this defined project as part of the Memorandum of Understanding from NHSE: London EDI team.

Stakeholder engagement, communications and marketing to drive support for the programme.

Supplier management to ensure effective delivery of the senior leader apprenticeship.

Evaluation of the programme.

Budget management of the programme.
