Job summary

Bradford Children and Families Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior-change leader to drive the Families First Partnership Programme. You will coordinate multi‑agency partners including Police, Education and Health to implement an integrated Family Help Service and robust family‑based decision making.

With proven experience leading large‑scale transformation, you will manage budgets, governance and reporting to boards and government departments, delivering milestones by April 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading and delivering transformational change.
• Deep knowledge of the Families First reform agenda and related policy.
• Experience working within children's services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Families First Partnership Programme with multi‑agency partners.
• Design, coordinate, oversee and execute a multi‑agency delivery plan for an integrated Family Help Service.
• Ensure Children’s Services operate as a single integrated system to protect and support all children.
• Deliver the programme in line with national statutory guidance by April 2027.
• Manage budget oversight of grant funding and monitor delivery progress and evaluation.
• Line manage the project support officers allocated to the programme.
• Report progress to governing boards and government departments.
