Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of leading projects relating to early cancer diagnosis and cancer pathways across primary and secondary care settings.
• Has collaborated with senior clinical colleagues to improve services.
• Has co-ordinated projects in complex and challenging environments.
• Has managed and reported on risks and issues.
• Has supported the delivery of plans for service changes and improvements within own area or organisation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organise project work streams with input from key partners.
• Develop and manage delivery of work plans aligned to long-term cancer strategy.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, papers, minutes and actions.
• Arrange educational/engagement events for stakeholders to disseminate learning.
• Facilitate patient participation in projects and subgroups as required.
• Build relationships across GM cancer and public health stakeholders.
