Key Responsibilities:
Lead on the delivery of the drug and alcohol treatment contract and associated improvement plan.
Identify, evidence and implement effective interventions to improve outcomes for individuals affected by alcohol misuse.
Drive progress on the 10-year Drug Strategy via the local Combatting Drugs Partnership, ensuring a multi-agency approach.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of substance misuse frameworks and public health approaches.
Experience managing contracts or partnership work within drug and alcohol services.
Ability to work across systems and stakeholders to deliver measurable change.
