Job Description

We are looking for experienced and proactive Programme Managers to join our Programme Management team specialising in Data Center Programmes. You will work on some of the most exciting and purposeful programmes and portfolios nationally and globally, transforming data center projects through international transformation programmes and national business change programmes, with values ranging from £1m to over £2 billion.

Our projects are iconic, international, and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace. You will have experience of working on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing, and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

As a Programme Manager, you will:

• Work with the Commission Lead and support on tasks including:
• Deliver high-quality service proactively to a senior audience in a persuasive and credible manner, exceeding expectations
• Support development and management of client relationships and related deliverables
• Operate effective programme processes and systems for data collection, management, and benchmarking
• Interface with clients and consultants at all programme stages as required
• Understand client and commission requirements to ensure reliable delivery
• Manage programme setup, delivery, and close-down activities

Additionally, responsibilities include:

• Marketing and business development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
• Propose improvements to programme management products and services
• Develop cross-divisional ideas

Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience working on programmes; data center management experience is desirable
• Good understanding of programme management requirements related to data center projects
• Ability to work within programme management processes and systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Degree in a relevant field; professional membership is a plus
