Programme Manager - Continuous Improvement needed in Bournemouth

This is a temporary role and the rate is £32.19ph PAYE.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in mobilising a major Continuous Improvement and Innovation Programme (CIIP) designed to move beyond short-term savings and deliver sustainable, joined-up improvement across services. They will help shape the programme from the outset — establishing governance, defining delivery approaches, building a strong pipeline of improvement opportunities and creating a clear benefits framework.

They will work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop robust business cases and deliver meaningful, measurable improvements. Bringing pace, structure and delivery expertise, they will support services to move from ideas and challenges to practical solutions, tangible outcomes and realised benefits.
