Formed in 2018, RFL Property Services is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Free London Foundation Trust. It has embarked on a journey of transformational change in the way estate services are delivered within the NHS and aims to deliver a ground-breaking operating model that overcomes traditional organisational boundaries.
We are seeking an inspirational senior project/programme management professional with passion, resilience, and technical competence to lead our capital projects team. The role involves strategic development of RFLPS’s customer sites (both internal and external), managing, coordinating, and delivering the Trust Capital Programme, ensuring business development and occupier criteria are met within agreed time, cost, and quality objectives, while minimising the impact on trust income, patient experience, and operational activity.
At RFLPS, we aim to connect people who care through world-class spaces. We promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and protected characteristics, and those interested in flexible working arrangements. We are committed to providing reasonable adjustments as needed.
