We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead the team responsible for content and programming at the Cambridge Corn Exchange and Guildhalls. This key role involves overseeing both performance-based programming and conferencing/community activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial sustainability.
The successful candidate will be a central member of the Cultural Services management team, working closely with colleagues including the Venues General Manager, City Events Manager, Folk Festival Manager, and Marketing and Development Manager. You will have the opportunity to shape cultural programming while maintaining high standards of delivery across a wide range of events and activities.
