We're seeking an Acoustic Technical Program Manager - Automotive Collaborations based in Horsham to help pioneer the next generation of in-vehicle audio. You'll work at the forefront of innovation, partnering with global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and cutting-edge tech companies to bring premium sound to life inside modern vehicles.

• Be the Technical Champion: Lead the integration of our premium audio solutions into complex vehicle ecosystems.
• Manage Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with automakers, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams to create industry-defining sound systems.
• Deliver Innovative Solutions: Oversee the end-to-end development of advanced audio experiences-from concept and system design to final delivery.
• Own the Lifecycle: Guide each project through acoustic tuning, system integration, and production readiness.

Collaborating with:

• Leading automotive brands on flagship programs
• Multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, product management, and marketing
• Innovators developing the next wave of vehicle audio, UX, and embedded technologies
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience managing technical programs with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or technology partners
• Deep knowledge of audio systems including acoustics, transducers, tuning, and integration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Bonus If You Also Have:

• Background in automotive systems engineering
• Familiarity with embedded platforms, HMI/UX design, or vehicle audio architecture
• A genuine passion for creating immersive audio experiences for drivers and passengers
