What You Will Do
This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our team and to take the lead on several new programmes, as well as support the continued growth of the business.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to global security and safety, whilst also learning and developing your own skills and knowledge. Together the Air Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) team delivers a varied range of programmes, from production, development, integration and support. This can be to customers directly, or through other key defence companies and Raytheon entities.

A key benefit to this role, given the rapid growth in the ATMS business area, is the opportunity to travel to visit customers and suppliers both nationally and internationally.
As part of the wider business unit, you will work within our ATMS team, you will execute and support a range of technically challenging programmes by establishing and growing effective relationships with both new and existing customers. Your success will require innovative thinking, forward planning, and an ability to react quickly to changes. As a valuable member of the team, you will identify and secure new opportunities, work collaboratively with the wider company whilst and create an inclusive environment for your team to grow.
