Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Programme Manager to lead complex transformation across a large international FMCG manufacturing business in Manchester. You will drive end-to-end programmes, manage systems implementations, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget initiatives with measurable impact.

50/50 hybrid work model. The role requires 10+ years in programme management, strong manufacturing knowledge, and expertise in change management and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme management within FMCG

The role combines programme leadership, stakeholder engagement, systems implementation, and change management to drive improvements in productivity, technology adoption, and operational performance.

This opportunity is with a large international manufacturing business that supplies essential everyday consumer products to major retailers and brands across multiple markets. The organisation operates a complex network of manufacturing sites and is investing significantly in operational excellence, digital transformation, and business-wide change programmes to improve efficiency, productivity, and long-term growth.

The business has an established Transformation function responsible for delivering strategic change across manufacturing operations, systems, and business processes. With a sizeable portfolio of programmes underway, this role offers the chance to work on high-impact initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organisation.

Description

Job Offer
