Dalcour Maclaren Limited is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a multidisciplinary delivery team on a nationally significant rail programme and to work closely with a major Tier 1 contractor. The role focuses on operational leadership, strategic growth, and embedding within the client’s offices to position DM as a trusted long-term partner.
