Job summary

Skills & knowledge

• Presenting complex, sensitive or contentious information on finance, performance or change to small groups and large audiences
• Using complex and sometimes conflicting data to draw comparisons and recommend action on project issues
• Specialist knowledge of project management and significant knowledge of improvement techniques
• Understanding of current healthcare strategy and policy and its implications for engagement
• Working knowledge of NHS finance
