Job summary

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Programme Manager to join the PMO and support the delivery of schemes within the Cost Improvement Programme (CIP). You will maintain governance across CIP schemes and work with key stakeholders to manage creation and delivery, using strong project management and NHS financial knowledge.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with divisional colleagues and contribute to the Trust's aims to improve health outcomes and patient care.

An opportunity has arisen to join the Programme Management Office at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, where you will play a key role in supporting colleagues to transform and improve services.

As Programme Manager within the PMO, you will be responsible for supporting our teams to develop and deliver schemes within the Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) plan.

You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of governance across the CIP schemes and will work with key stakeholders to manage the creation and delivery of schemes.

You will need to possess excellent project management skills and have a good working knowledge of finance within the NHS. You will need to be able to analyse and interpret complex financial data and present it clearly so that it is understandable to a wide audience. You must also possess excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with our divisional colleagues.
