Job summary

Viqu Limited is seeking a Programme Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes in pensions and financial services. You will oversee data governance, data migration and systems implementation, with a focus on change management and contract governance.

The role is remote with ad hoc travel to Bristol, Manchester or London, working with internal teams and external suppliers, reporting to senior stakeholders across the programme lifecycle.

Programme Manager – 12 / 18 months – Outside IR35 – Remote with ad hoc travel

My client is looking for a Programme Manager with a background in pensions / financial services, delivering programmes involving data governance, systems implementation, data migration and change management.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Programme Manager with a strong history of managing large scale programmes end to end. With a focus on system strategy, modern platform assessment and contract management.

Key Responsibilities of the Programme Manager:

• Programme management across data, systems and transformation projects.
• Manage data migration and systems migration programmes.
• Work closely with the internal implementation team throughout delivery.
• Oversee data governance, data quality and data management activities.
• Manage business change and implementation activity.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate internal technical, data and business teams.
• Manage suppliers and contractual/commercial relationships.
• Provide programme reporting to senior stakeholders.

Key Experience of the Programme Manager:

• Must have a history of successfully delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Must have experience within pensions, specifically pension systems migrations.
• Must have change management experience.
• Strong governance and senior stakeholder management.
• Must have experience managing suppliers and contracts.

The successful Programme Manager will be work remotely with ad hoc travel to either Bristol, Manchester or London.
