Summary of the role
The Strategic Delivery Unit sits at the heart of the University’s strategic transformation activities. We deliver the University’s highest profile projects and programmes that change organisational structures, processes, technology, buildings and culture. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Curriculum for Change (C4C) Programme. The C4C programme is working in partnership with faculties and departments to realise our strategic commitment to develop a distinctive and sustainable model for education to ensure we equip our students to be changemakers and develop in them the knowledge, skills, behaviours and mindsets to succeed and thrive in the rapidly changing world of work. Successful candidates will have a track record of complex transformational change working closely in partnership with the business stakeholders.
The role is full-time, fixed-term role until 30 June 2027 working hybrid, based at our Exeter campus. We require a minimum of 1 day/week on campus, with occasional additional days as required. Secondments for internal candidates will be considered.
