Lead Nationwide Wireless Rollouts - Shape the Future of UK Connectivity with Circet UK

Circet UK is seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Programme Manager to lead the delivery of wireless telecoms infrastructure projects across the UK. Reporting directly to the Project Director, this is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for overseeing multi-site programmes, ensuring safety, performance, and operational excellence at every stage.

You'll act as a key ambassador for the business, leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

This role is based across Doncaster, Altrincham, and Manchester with some home working and occasional client travel.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver complex wireless deployment programmes across the UK telecoms landscape
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring high standards of communication and performance reporting
  • Oversee Health & Safety across all sites under your remit, championing a safety-first culture
  • Manage internal coordination between project delivery, logistics, acquisition, design, and build teams
  • Drive KPI achievement, financial performance, and programme-level reporting
  • Forecast project profiles, identify commercial risks, and manage scope changes to protect revenue
  • Provide leadership across recruitment, training, appraisals, and development of your team
  • Manage site acquisition and ensure all planning and legal requirements are fulfilled
  • Oversee supplier performance and maintain compliance with legislative and client specifications
  • Deliver regular programme reports to internal stakeholders and customers


What You'll Need
Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in a wireless telecoms programme/project management role
  • Strong background in site acquisition, design, and build for RAN/Wireless rollouts
  • Familiarity with the 2017 Electronic Communications Code and Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
  • Experience in planning law and property negotiations with landlords and third parties
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional delivery teams and budgets

  • Proven leadership in fast-paced delivery environments
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to delegate, motivate, and manage remote and field-based teams
  • Commercially aware with experience forecasting and managing programme costs

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
