A local government authority in London is seeking a Programme Manager for a 12-month secondment. The role involves leading estate regeneration projects, conducting feasibility studies, and liaising with various stakeholders. The candidate will be contributing significantly to the management and development of large-scale housing projects, aimed at improving community outcomes. Flexible working arrangements are available.
Programme Manager - 12 months Secondment/Fixed Term role
The Housing Development & Estate Regeneration Team contributes to the strategic development of the Council’s housing stock portfolio and leads borough-wide estate regeneration projects and programmes. The team drives the ambitious estate renewal programme by identifying and developing project opportunities that meet the Council’s vision and values and deliver the required outputs. Schemes may individually extend to developed values of well over £100m per project.
