Programme Manager

Permanent

Grade 4 - £34,434 - £41,771

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 36.5 hours per week

We are looking for a motivated, forward-thinking, and well-qualified Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our Health and Social Care curriculum for adult learners. This pivotal role involves managing a team of dedicated teachers, so proven experience in team leadership and curriculum delivery is essential.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of innovation and excellence in both curriculum development and implementation, along with the ability to inspire and support teaching staff in an education-focused environment.

Expertise in delivering qualifications in Health Care, Social Care, and Early Years is crucial. Your in-depth knowledge and practical experience will ensure the successful delivery of these programmes, helping learners achieve their full potential.

You will hold a recognised teaching qualification and relevant subject-specific credentials. Your skills in assessment practices and Internal Quality Assurance will reflect your commitment to maintaining high educational standards.

Reporting to the Head of Faculty for Vocational Skills, you will collaborate with a team of Programme Managers to design and continuously improve a curriculum that meets the needs of the local community and enhances the quality of learning outcomes.
