Trusted by administrators, employers, and trustees, our software is widely regarded as the most comprehensive and feature-rich platform for modern pensions management.

IntelliPen comprises a suite of integrated modular systems that streamline processes from new member registration to online self-serve retirement, enabling collaboration on the same workflows. It delivers up to 90% time and cost efficiencies by automating member retirements, validation, benefit calculations, reporting, and pensioner payroll.

The job:

We’re recruiting a Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst to work in our Client Success department, playing a crucial role in implementing new clients, helping existing clients with their projects and changes, or on internal projects and changes.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Implementations are the first opportunity our business has to work closely with new clients. This involves installing and configuring our system to meet clients’ needs.

We focus on building successful and lasting relationships with our clients because we make each other successful in the long run. Working on existing client projects, you’ll ensure projects deliver smoothly.

Your expertise will help ensure project quality, timely and budget-compliant deliveries, and achievement of business outcomes. This position is pivotal in driving the maturity and capability of our Programme Management function.

It’s important that the PMO Analyst is collaborative, a great communicator both verbally and in writing, brilliantly organised, and an excellent team player. You’ll work closely with project managers, business analysts, implementation consultants, testing teams, and core product developers. Great things happen when people work together, so you’ll need to enjoy that collaboration.

Client and key stakeholder management is essential; building strong relationships, listening to concerns, and ensuring needs are met throughout projects is key to success.

Key skills and experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Programme Management Office Analyst/Client Delivery
  • Experience as a Lead/Project Manager in pensions, financial services, or IT environments
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong reporting skills – preparation and presentation of clear, detailed project reports
  • Effective multitasking ability
  • Super organised and efficient
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Tenacious, proactive, and able to use initiative
  • Excellent team worker with good work planning abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Willing to go the extra mile when needed
  • Ownership of tasks and prompt completion
  • Understanding of project frameworks and methodologies
  • Risk identification and management skills
