Your focus: As Programme Leader, you'll oversee the academic delivery and development of the MSC Business with (Pathways) programme in partnership with a university. The programme offers seven pathways: Marketing Management, International Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Financial Management, and Human Resource Management. We maintain high standards to deliver an exceptional student experience. Your ability to develop and manage the academic team will help us meet and exceed our academic, pastoral, and quality assurance standards.
You will also have opportunities to teach modules both online and in-person, using innovative delivery methods and cutting-edge curriculum. Your guidance will support your team and students, harnessing your knowledge to unlock each student's potential.
Qualifications and experience: Applicants should have teaching experience and hold a PhD in Business, Management, or a related subject, or be close to completing one. Candidates with current publications are encouraged to apply. A teaching qualification and HEA membership are advantageous.
