£33,210 - £39,419 FTE (£16,605 - £19,709.50 pro-rata per annum)

About the role

The department of Forensics, Crime and Humanities is looking a motivated and enthusiastic Programme Leader for Law. Ideally with an industry background, the post holder will be responsible for leading our level 3 BTEC Law cohort.

You will have key roles in IAG, recruitment, delivery and assessment as well as contributing to our learners’ wider personal development such as volunteering, work experience and industry skills, knowledge and behaviours. There will be opportunities to organise and take part in external trips and visits with our learners.


About the person

The successful candidate will bring with them innovative and engaging teaching methods, industry experience and the ability to set aspirational targets for our learners. Ideally coming with a Law/Criminology qualification. You should also have:

GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4 and above) or equivalent.
Be proactive in seeking CPD opportunities
Hold or be working towards a level 3 teaching qualification
