Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex technology-enabled projects across multiple business units within regulated environments. You will drive delivery through cross-functional teams, align IS and business strategy, and establish clear objectives, milestones, and governance.

The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder influencing ability, and a track record of delivering mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or separations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, technology-enabled programmes.
• Strong governance, milestones, dependencies and risk management.
• Experience delivering merger/acquisition integrations or separations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, products-based or application-focused projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with IS and business strategy.
• Develop integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks and issues.
• Communicate goals and progress to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
