Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced Programme Manager to mobilise and deliver the new regional Children and Young People’s Gender Service. You will coordinate multiple workstreams across estates, finance, HR, digital and clinical teams, delivering against set milestones.

The role requires NHS context programme management expertise, stakeholder engagement at multiple levels, and the ability to lead change and continuous improvement within a regional framework.

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification or equivalent level of experience.
• Experience of CPD.
• Knowledge and understanding of the NHS.
• Expert knowledge of portfolio, programme and project management in an NHS context.
• Experience of leading large or complex projects and programmes.
• Experience of programme/budget setting and delegated budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate mobilisation and implementation of the new regional Children and Young People’s Gender Service.
• Manage complex workstreams across estates, finance, HR, digital, communications and clinical teams.
• Develop and maintain programme plans with milestones and objectives.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the Trust, NHS England and partners.
• Produce progress reports and provide assurance to senior leaders.
• Lead transformational change and service improvement initiatives.
• Analyse performance information to inform decisions and improvements.
• Represent the programme at meetings and contribute to regional/national groups.
