Job summary

School of Coding Ltd is seeking an experienced academic to lead the MSc Computer Science (Business Computing). This role combines programme management, curriculum oversight, quality assurance and supervision over lecturers and dissertations.

You will ensure students develop technical and commercial understanding for use in modern organisations, covering enterprise systems, data analytics, digital transformation and business computing.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate teaching experience in computing or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of business computing areas (enterprise systems, data analytics, digital transformation).
  • Experience with curriculum delivery, assessment, moderation and quality assurance in Higher Education.
  • Ability to coordinate academic delivery and manage competing programme priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the academic delivery and day-to-day management of the MSc Computer Science (Business Computing) programme.
  • Teach and assess across modules within your area of expertise.
  • Coordinate lecturers, module leaders and dissertation supervisors for consistent delivery.
  • Oversee timetable, teaching resources, assessment schedule and academic calendar.
  • Ensure curriculum content remains current with enterprise technology and data analytics.
