Job summary

Mining Remediation Authority is seeking a proactive Programme Lead to drive the Inland Saline Mine Water Programme from Mansfield with hybrid flexibility. You will lead multiple projects, develop delivery plans, manage risks and budgets, and mentor project delivery professionals to enhance team performance.

The role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to HSE excellence as the programme scales and delivers environmental outcomes for communities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in construction, environmental or remediation sectors.
• Track record leading and developing project teams to achieve programme outcomes.
• Ability to manage resource planning, budgets and risk across a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring safe, efficient and successful outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Input into programme planning, resource allocation, risk management and budget control.
• Drive continuous improvement and help shape future delivery strategies.
• Champion a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture.
